Order Changes and Cancellations

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Security

All order information is encrypted using a leading provider of digital trust services, Comodo, before being transmitted over the internet. Once we verify and authorize your credit card information, it is immediately deleted and NEVER stored on our servers. Your personal information is stored on a secure server.

Shipping

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Sale prices are effective only for a specified time and cannot be applied to previous orders.

Sorry, we currently don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii due to excessive shipping rates. We are researching better options and will be happy to let you know when we can economically ship to those states. Simply sign up for our bi-weekly email.

Partial Shipments

As a rule, we’ll hold your order if an item is backordered and ship complete once all items are in stock.

Shipping Fee Calculation

Shipping is not charged on the basis of order amount and we don’t feel that’s fair. We simply weigh the order, input your zip code and charge the FedEx actual Published Shipping Rate (the same rate you would pay if you took a package to FedEx yourself and shipped it from our zip code to yours).

International & PO Box Shipments
